So to see you leave here isnt that bad...I will see you other places. I dont see myself around here in the future either..so you leavning doesnt affect me in that aspect either. One way it does affect me is I know how much you put in to this place and how this was almost more your board than Froy's in certain ways. I'm not going to go into what happened to bring this on because everyone knows including me. Im a quiet one..dont really talk to anyone. Fine I disgust a lot of people and I dont care. But GS I have been around these parts almost as long as anyone, and I know that what happened is the biggest hose job of em all. Magus said this place just lost it's heart. I disagree. It lost it's heart long ago with people trying to have their 15 seconds of fame or to just simply get laid. What it lost now is its backbone. This board is now simply a rotten eggplant in a rusty whellchair. I know a lot of you care less what i think. GOOD. In a way that makes me feel better. GS I WILL see ya around. :) PEACE!  | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Sorry this took so long to get to buddy. I needed to get my thoughts straight so this post would show you the respect that you've shown me from Day 1. This place, like everything else in life has had it's ups and it's downs. It's seen great days and has had some very dark moments. It's shown the goodness and caring of people and has also brought out the worst in people. I may not have been here for as long as a lot of the vets, but in my time here I have seen my share of bad moments that frankly I never want to see again. I've seen the infighting due to the infamous Bang Party when I was a lurker and not yet posting. I've seen someone I truly respect, both as a former mod and a friend (Sean Cold) step down not once, but twice because he didn't want to deal with the bullshit anymore. I've seen Kid Afrika with one final shot question Froy's integrity and loyalty to this site over something as stupid and trivial as a fucking gift. This in turn drew lines between members like never seen before. I've seen mods vs mods and I've also watched on as friends fought friends. Nothing more uncomfortable than watching that go down and wishing there were something you could do, but know the best thing is to stay out of it. Needless to say, I've seen my share of shit around here. This one though, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, tops the list in my opinion as the worst moment in OA.com history. Not only did we lose one of our most popular and beloved members, but I feel like I lost a brother as well. You have always been there for me when I needed it and for that I will always be eternally grateful. Sure, I know we still have AIM and e-mail to keep in touch, but it's never going to be the same without you here buddy. Then there is the thought that I may never even see my good friend and brother again. You were always one of the few that I looked forward to seeing, but frankly I wouldn't blame you if you never came out to one of these gatherings again. This thought truly saddens me Eddie. I just want you to know that no matter where this latest road takes us, that I will always be here for you and will always be proud to call you friend. Never forget that my brother. Goodbye GonzoStyle. :(
