So, what was the first car you ever bought and paid for yourself? How long did it last?

The first car I owned was an '86 Oldsmobile Cutlas Supreme that lasted eight months before the engine exploded and parts bounced down the road behind me. Payed $2000 for that piece of crap and put another $600 into it.

Arthur smiled at him wanly and shrugged again. He turned and smiled wanly at the rest of the pub just in case any of them had heard what was going on. None of them had, and none of them could understand what he was smiling at them for.

Me and my first vehicle is pictured below.

After I payed the fine, I sold the bike and bought a 72 Pontiac Bonneville for $500. With the bike speeding ticket, my insurance went through the roof. It was all I could afford. It lasted two years.

my first car was a 1980 datsun 510 wagon. i slammed it 3 inches and loved every minute of it.... installed a knock in the trunk and went on many missions.

it finally died in 1993 due to a blown head gasket which resulted in a seased motor. im currently on my 3rd integra. (long story)

My first car was a 1965 Mustang. No, it wasn't
hot, it was a 6 cyl three speed on the floor.
First gear wasn't synchronized and I went
through 2 trannys because I wasn't patient
enough to come to a complete stop before I
put it into first. The car cost me $175 and I had
to do a valve job before it worked. Also all 4
tires were retreads and the two front ones
blew out while I was crossing railroad tracks
one night.

I got passed down a 79 Lincoln contintental Mark V, which dies real quick. That thing was a boat. I could fit at least 8 people in it, not too cramped. It was black, kinda like the Batmobile.

Black 79 Pontiac Sunbird. Builders screwed it up. It had a firebird v6 engine with the Sunbird's 4 cylnder fitted tranny. Don't ask me how, two mechanics and my friend the tranny rebuilder verified this fuck up.

Damn tranny use to heat the car to the point the car would just shut itself off. Nice in the winter though.

Got my first hummer in it. After 4 years you could smoke the carpet to get high.

Total it after 7 years when my bitch whore cunt of a girlfriend asked me to take her to her cunt whore bitch ass fuck of a girlfriends house in the Bronx. I turn to look one way and next thing I knew the hood of the car was blocking my view.

I miss that car. Now I's shopping for a mommy mobile. If there is a kind soul out there. Bullet to the brainstem.

'77 Chevy Caprice Classic. It was supposed to be a cop car, but somehow my uncle got ahold of it before it went to the police. It was beige, and it didnt have the cop light, but it had the same engine.
Cost me about $100.

A 1977 Mercury Cougar. It squeaked like a rusty hinge but it had the best sysytem in the world so only folks outside the car could hear the squeaking. Paid 800 for it.

I had a 1987 Pontiac Grand Am, biggest piece of shit I had the pleasure to drive. I pretty much ended up rebuliding whatever broke for a while, since I didn't have a real job. I ended up selling it about 5 years ago for about $1500 to some guy who wanted a fixer-upper (did I mention it only had like 52K miles on it?. Now I've got a 1989 Honda Accord, and at 106K miles, yeah, it runs a little weak, but in the 6 years I've had it, I might have put about $800 into it repair-wise. I'm planning on a brand new Maxima next.

In 1981 I bought a 1973 Gallixie 500, with a 351 Clevland for $500. Fast fucking car, nice and big too. Rolled it over in a ditch when I blew a tire doing about 90. Did'nt get hurt, and after changing the radiator, got another 50,000 miles out of it.

I shucked it, and I shucked it, and I shucked it, i'm quite the mother shucker!

Nice car Rommel! :)

My first car was a '73 Buick Regal. I paid $150. for it. Was driving it home, without plates, and it died on me! I got out of the ticket, but, it cost $50 to tow it home.

I eventually sold it to a friend who got it running. We took it down the shore and I drove it back at 3 a.m. at speeds of 95 on the Parkway!

I love my Camaro that I currently own and I am slowly buying new parts for the interior. I'll post a pic as soon as f***ing Yahoo is up and working!
