What kind of sports did everyone play? At some point everyone has played something, organized or not. I was never on any teams in school, but in the past few years I've become an avid cyclist. I have found riding and training to be quite relaxing. Are there any other cyclists?

So do tell what sports you used to play and any that you currently play.

Well, I've been a huge swimmer for the last 12 years, and I currently swim for my college team. Also, I play volleyball.

I played Volleyball, basketball, softball and football.
Hitter/blocker - power forward/center - 1B/catcher/OF - lineman

Could have done more with basketball if I was about 4" taller (6'4" now) or football if I was bigger then (weighed 200 out of high school)

When my lungs were still healthy and like Gonzo, 100 pounds lighter, I was a linebacker on my Jr High School football team. I also played league baseball Catcher/1B/OF. i was also a shot putter for the local youth league track team. Now, my knees are on their way out from too many attacks by assholes sliding into home. So I'm a musician now.

I'm never happier than when my heartrate is over 180- meaning mountain biking, of course. I love all games, although in spirt I'm much better than in reality- basketball, baseball, street hockey- it's as if you are still eight and dreading the sun setting because you'll have to go home and clean up, except now it's more like you go home and deal with life.

In high school, football (center, guard and DT) and we won the state title in 1990 (SPFHS), wrestling (I was the token heavyweight, 2nd in union county my sophmore year) and in college, football (center) and Lacrosse, but that was just for fun, never really played that much. Then I got my first bong, and its been downhill from there. Bad knees from all sports and a shoulder that acts up from time to time. Still, I never would have traded it in for anything.

Played Little League in grammer school and hated every minute of it. Played basketball and loved.

Highschool I ran track and played softball in the park.

Started studying the martial arts in college. (Jun Fan Gung Fu - Jeet Kun Do)

Now I go indoor rock climbing and play on the company basketball team.

Hey Fyfe, I am totally into playing Roller Hockey, I just need a new pair of inline Hockey skates. I have all the equipment, and it is a great form of exercise.

I never played any organized sports when I was in HS. Like Dream, drugs and alcohol took precedence over sports. I think I would have been a damn good football player though! ;)

Swam from the age of 6 through College, was about 30 pounds ago and ten years, nationally ranked in the top 25 for the 1650 free and 500 free. State champ for riflery(but that is not a real sport) I currently run and lift and row the lifeguard boats in competition. I also swim, but nowhere near the intensity of when I competed. That is why I became a swimcoach for my profession :)

I was lucky to be born with the genes for athleticism...all-state baseball, quarterback, punter, kicker, avg'd 15/game as that little 5'9" guard that pissed you off for the whole game...but, the one "sport" that pisses me off to this day is f'n BOWLING!!! I can't f'n break 100...hell, it's a ball, you roll it down a lane and knock down stupid pins just sittin' there...What the F? I've learned that lots of beer when bowling helps one get over the pain of this personal inadequacy...

I play whatever is in season at the time. I've done judo for awhile. I've been on the DL for the past year while trying to rehab a shoulder that was stapled back together. I'll be happy once I am able to bench press my weight again (200 lbs)..YEAH BABY !!!
