| O&A Board Regular Registered: Nov. 00 | From what I understand, the court decided that the current laws AS WRITTEN do not provide an exception for medical use. What that means is that CONGRESS has to pass a bill that puts that exception into law or gives states the ability to decide for themselves. Good luck! | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Aug. 00 | I was just about to post this and ya beat me to it. I think it's complete bullshit! Pain and suffering should be minimal for anyone who is terminally ill. I don't give a fuck if crack made these people's last days more comfortable, I think they should have it. I'd love to see one of these fucking people who made these laws start suffering from a disease that cannot be cured. Then I'd like to smoke a bowl with them and see how much better they feel. I'd like them to die just knowing that they had the power to pass a law that would've made them more comfortable in their final hours. Stupid fucking people.... If I die in a car accident because I didn't wear my seatbelt, isn't that my problem? If I'm on the brink of death, does it really matter if I get high?
