• Dont start fights to prove how tough you are. Hiding behind a computer screen only takes you so far.
  
• If you are a newbie, avoid starting threads. Unfortunetly, most idiots on this board believe that there is a direct corrolation between post count and IQ level. They will flame you even if you do bring up a valid point. I know it sucks, but until we start screening those assholes at registration, we will be forever cursed with this problem.
  
• Lurk the boards. Take a week or so to read the posts, and to get a feel. This will provide you with stable footing when you do decide to post. When you are comfortable, posting will become alot easier.
  
• Tooling. This is a touchy issue. Sometimes, it is warranted. Most times it is not. If you are getting tooled on, please remember that not all of us are assholes. The ones posting either have a legitimate gripe with you, or want to beef up their reputation.
  
• Take time to realize that it is only a messageboard. Dont take everything personally. At heart, we are all just bullshitting around. We know each other, and how each other thinks. What we say is usually in jest. If you post smart (not Post often as most would have you believe) you will become a well-respected member very quickly.
  
• Dont try to be funny all the time. You will not impress everyone every single time.
  
• Have fun. Above all, Have fun.
