Wednesday May 30 2:39 PM ET Bush Daughter in Second Alcohol-Related Incident Photos AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - President Bush (news - web sites)'s 19-year-old daughter Jenna, who pleaded no-contest to underage alcohol possession earlier this month, tried to buy alcohol using somebody else's identification card, police said on Wednesday. Police were called to a Mexican restaurant in Austin, Texas, on Tuesday evening after Jenna Bush tried to buy alcohol with a valid identification card that belonged to somebody else, said police spokeswoman Laura Albrecht. No further details were immediately available, but Albrecht said police were preparing to release a statement. White House spokesman Ari Fleischer (news - web sites) declined to comment on the incident, saying it was a ``private family matter.'' ``I just don't talk about anything dealing with family, a private family matter,'' said Fleischer, who was in Sequoia National Park with Bush at the end of a California visit. It was Jenna Bush's second brush with the law in an alcohol-related incident in the space of a few weeks. Bush, a freshman at the University of Texas in Austin, pleaded no contest on May 16 to the misdemeanor charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol. The legal drinking age in Texas is 21. On April 26 undercover police officers ticketed Bush after they found her drinking beer in a bar in Austin's popular Sixth Street entertainment district while they were checking for underage drinkers. Municipal Court Judge Elisabeth Earle ordered Bush to perform eight hours of community service, take a six-hour alcohol awareness course and pay $51.25 in court fees. Jenna Bush has a twin sister, Barbara, who attends Yale University. President Bush has admitted having a drinking problem when he was younger and was once stopped for driving under the influence of alcohol in Maine. He said he quit drinking alcohol in 1986. How fucking stupid do you have to be to think a fake ID is going to work if a) you are the president's daughter and b) your last underage alcohol bust made the front cover of papers all over the country.
