That's one street that needs to be scrubbed clean twice a day. Of course the hot russian chicks walking to the beach made the trip a little more bearable. I hate this job! If you're eating it at a restuarant, go to another restaurant. Trout is usually served with the center spine removed and the trout butterflyed open. If you're cooking it, you bought the wrong kind. Most fish shops usually debone the center for you with trout. If you're cooking it and you were too stupid to follow the instructions above, then do the following: - I'm going to assume the fish has been cleaned of guts and scales. If not, I suggest McDonalds. - Take a sharp small knife and cut the fish just below the gills without cutting the bone in the center. - Open the fish up and pull the head towards the tail. The center bone should come right out. - as for the little bones on the side, with trout the easiest way to deal with it is to eat around it. - if all else fails and you still can't get it to work, I might suggest McDonalds. My lunch today: Mixed green and grilled chicken salad with grape tomatoes, chick peas, black olive with a light balsamic vinegrette. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | Brook Trout....I caught them 2 weeks ago, and froze them. They are only about 15 inches. Product of the West Branch of the Raritan river down in Clinton. I guess the smaller the fish the harder it is to remove the pin bones. I would never eat McDonalds fish. I already know what they throw in their chicken patties I could only imagine what goes into their Filet O Fish. I didn't think Metal's mom smelt that good.:) | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 00 | PLease don't ever eat the fish fillet from McDonalds.....They use this type of skate fish which is like the white trash of fish, very very nasty...I called them once to ask them what kind of fish they used and they said it was a flounder fillet..I said Haha No its not I know you use skate, the woman yelled at me, said I didnt know what I was talking about and hung up on me...liars can't call that justice when its just a stupid excuse to fight single out and attack the ones who got no defense you call that a new way of thinking i call it regression to ignorance | ||||

I used to call them and ask all kinds of stoooooooopid questions, like what the hell is Goofy, what channel is the Brady Bunch on and the like. And they were so nice, they got a TV Guide and told me the Brady's were on at 4:30. I hate this job!
