Golden Eye is #1 best shooter game ever. Other good ones are Soldier of fortune, Medal of Honor, Max Payne, and Metal Gear Solid.

Jesus Christ Hummercash! Simmer down! From reviews, I've heard that its the best FPS ever...better than Half Life. I have played it briefly also and I must say that I am impressed so far.
