| O&A Board Regular Registered: Feb. 01  | From all reports, Neverwinter Nights will soon be the champion online RPG... just as soon as it actually gets here. It takes the gorgeous graphics of the Bioware engine (from Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale,, and Planescape: Torment, boosts it to full 3D, and throws in 3rd Edition AD&D rules for effect. But the best part is that we can download the user-friendly Solstice Toolset (or it will come with the game), allowing us to create entire world mods to be playable online. Is anyone else gearing up for this, or am I a lone RPG-er in a sea of Deus Ex and Half-Life gamers? "ARE YOU PONDERING WHAT I'M PONDERING?" | ||||
