I didn't because it's not out yet. In CT1, there was no violence, it was just a cool game with good music. In CT2 you get to pick up more than 1 person at a time, like three at one time, more drivers, and diff. cars for each person. That's all i read that's in it

Is this being released only on DC? Or also in the arcades and eventually on PS2?

I was just at toys r us checking out the game section and saw ct1 for ps2...the guy at the store said that ct2 will also come out for ps2 at initial release. He also mentioned what jericholic said, that new cars, more drivers and multiple passengers...didn't have a release date yet.

If they didn't add violence or blood shed, then why bother. Most the fun would be driving thru a school yard full of children to get a priest to the whorehouse on time...

I just played the game at a local store (you know how they have systems set up to goof around on) So far it's currently only available on DC.. the sound was down so I couldn't make out the music.. it's based in new york so you have new drivers (and like the first one each has their own custom taxi).. It looks like they's added a few new abilities.. the Taxi's can actually JUMP (hydrolics?).. the "multiple passengers" I saw were a bunch of Afro Thunders who were 1 pickup but 4 seperate stops, so no, you DON'T pick up seperate passengers (I tried) you pick up a GROUP and each member of that group has their own stop. Asides from not being able to here any offspring or bad religion, it ov erall appeared to be a minimum of equal to the original, and from what I saw I'ld say the improvements won't disappoint in the least.

Thanks Magus, I saw the same thing at the record town in the mall yesterday...some kid was playing and it was simply great looking! I would get it for DC, but I don't have it hooked up currently, so I will wait til it comes out on PS2.

I have a question about this game. Do the trucks have WOW spray painted on them like the first game?

I have it now on the DC and I love it! but I loved Crazy Taxi1 too.... The jumping is sooo great, the faster you go the higher you jump. The music is the Offspring again...
Yup I'll have fun with this:)

No.. they say MOM instead, but the rear doors crunch the O so it actually looks like M&M.
The game is pretty similar to the first CT. Two different maps of NY. Yes, it has an added improvment of being able to hop over traffic. You pick up BLUE arrows for multiple passengers/ different destinations. The Challenge Menu is a lot easier to accomplish once you get the hang of jumping. I still haven't finished them in CT1.
