#1 I need to get my hands on some instruction
manuals for some burned DC games. Anyone
know any sites or HL servers that have them?

#2 I also want to play some DC games online,
but I refuse to pay for another ISP. I have AOL
(for my wife) and OptOnline. Any suggestions?
And how do I begin to hook up the system. I
bought a used system with no instructions.

HELP ME NOW!!!

Thank GOD the boyz are back and hopefully
they will not change their show!

Peace and thanks!

1. For manuals gamefaqs should have good game instructions.

2. As for the isp it is in the options somewhere(not sure).

I need to know how to use some games. I seem to
have misplaced a bunch of (uh hum) game instruction
manuals and I only have my "legal" (uh hum) back-ups
and I would like to have the manuals for them. Is there
a site or a hotline server which has the scanned
manuals or is there a place (besides gamefaq, which is
cool thanks adolescent) where I can snag them?

Yahman, you said you know how to make "backup copies" of DC games. Can you send me a "How to" email for newbies. Thanks

I know how to back them up, but i am not positive if you need a MOD chip to play the back up games for DC. i know it is needed to play PS games. Do you have a MOD chip?

To get abackup copy of a DC game, u have to downlaod the whole game off the web then do soem conversion thing and then maybe the game will work. The best way to get em is to BUY EM (they are cheap!) Email me if you have a question...

But I don't want to. It's all dark and scary. Kinda like the Dreamcast aisle in most stores.

I don't see any response as far as ISP, so allow me..

No, you don't need to pay for Seganet to use your dreamcast online, you can use your current ISP. What you need to do is make sure you have the Dreamcast Browser CD, and follow the instructions for inputting your current provider info in. As far as connecting, the modem is allready built in.. so I don't know if a cable modem would work, but you could give it a shot, if not you can still plug into a phone line and use your AOL acct along with the DC modem (the plug is in the back of the console, just a phone jack.. if you have it use the line included with the DC.. it's specificly for modem connection, so it's really good)
If you don't have the browser CD go to your local game store and look for an old copy of ODCM (Official Dreamcast Magazine) and make SURE the copy includes a demo disk (they stopped sending out demo's with the mag a few months back) the demo disk always included a copy of the latest updated DC browser. If that doesn't work ask the clerk, or try contacting sega (contact info in manual) and telling them you need a copy of the browser.. it should be free.
