KRONIK'S BRIAN ADAMS WELL RECEIVED IN THE HWA

by Dave Scherer Updated: 10/10/2001 10:46:14 AM

Former Kronik member Brian Adams, who reportedly initially balked at being sent down to the WWF's HWA developmental territory in Cincinnati before accepting the assignment, is getting positive reviews upon relocating there. Numerous sources have told me that Adams has been "a class act" since arriving in the territory. He has taken something of a leadership role in running some of the classes and has earned nothing but praise from the other talent and students as well as promoter Les Thatcher. Adams has been a great help in working with the young talent concerning being on television as well. Also, Adams seems to be having fun in the new role. It's nice to see Adams take what was a negative in the WWF sending him down there and turning it into a positive.

I think Adams has learned what he has to do to get back to the big leagues.

Well, it's not their fault that they had a shitty match with UT and Kane. At this point, I don't think ANYONE could.

The problem I had with Kronik coming in was that the WWF already had (and still has) an overloaded roster, with so many talented guys unable to get any TV time, and yet they in drag these two in as a favor for Undertaker. They never considered that they weren't over in WCW, most WWF fans had little idea of who they were, and they hadn't wrestled in so long that the ring-rust was thicker than the aids on Norton's junk. It wasn't fair to the fans, and it wasn't fair to the other workers. So when they got demoted after their AWFUL PPV match, it just seemed as if some form of justice had been served. Or something...
