The mystery woman for the Survivor Series PPV appears to be former ECW wrestler, Jazz. She has been officially called up to the WWF and has wrestled Lita at house shows the past week or two being announced by Regal as an Alliance member and Lita's "surprise" opponent.

Although the WWF continues to negotiate with Ric Flair about a possible contract with the federation, no deal has yet been signed. If an agreement is reached, Flair would debut on Monday's RAW.

Hulk Hogan told some friends at the recent XWF tapings that he turned down a deal with the WWF because they asked him to work 250 dates per year. Most agree that this claim of Hogan's is bogus as the WWF does not even want him for that many dates per year, if they even want him at all.

Jeff Hardy recently showed up late to the Smackdown! taping and was fined as a result. Hardy claimed that he lost his cell phone and could not call officials to tell them about his tardiness because of it.

Rico Constantino has been called up to work WWF house shows. Reportedly there were some problems with that move because Jim Ross called him up despite the writing team not having any plans to put him on TV.

TNN's new advertising campaign features Booker T, Rock, Lita, Torrie Wilson, and Stacy Keibler in new television and billboard ads.

There seems to be a division backstage between the WWF management and many vereran wrestlers regarding the recent push of Hurricane Helms. There are those who feel the gimmick is great and provides a much needed mid-card comic aspect to the shows while there are those who feel it is a waste of television time for a wrestler with no apparent drawing power.

If the WWF splits into two separate promotions as is the likely plan, many of the WWF wrestlers are in favor of having seperate writing teams for each promotion. They feel that this would spark a much needed competitive nature between the teams on an incentive-based reward system or something similar.

poor jeff :-(

i automatically presumed the mystery female wrestler would be chyna in a last appearance before she left so she could lose the belt to one of the other women in the match but yeah, i think you're right, i read somewhere at wwf.com that jazz was training.

I think lita will probably win the match but personally i think trish should, her match on Heat last week was REALLY good..she actually did more moves then "slap slap slap bulldog". my new favourite :-)
