I mean, the logo for the show used a friggin' sledgehammer all night. Something is a little off about all this. I can't imagine that he wasn't supposed to show tonight- maybe to do what Booker T did? On a bright note Rocky didn't win and Y2J finally has his gold. I wanted Kane and Big Show to win the Tag Titles. Big Show could have a push with himself feuding with Kane. Shitty PPV though, waste of my money. Nobody was right in the predictions thread either. If HHH doesn't show up on Raw, I'll be fuckin pissed. Austin" Main Event. i was hoping Jericho would win, but i wasn't expecting it, given the history of WWF writers to be a lil predictable and somewhat uncreative. Overall, Better that the Series, but not the best PPV i've ever seen.  Leave me alone, just shut up and leave me the fuck ALONE! | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | While I agree it's total bullshit to use HHH in the promos and on the poster, I also think it's better to be safe than sorry. They made up this poster after the Survivor Series, thinking he would be ready by then. Obviously along the way they determined the leg wasn't 100% and didn't want to risk him fucking it up again. I am all for making sure it's at full strength before coming back. Otherwise, he may blow it out again and next time it may be his career on the line. By the way, I bet he comes back on tomorrow's RAW.

If you are stealing cable, you need not respond. I was a bit disapointed with HHH not being there, but I thought the 3 match main event was great, especially Rock-Jericho. And I marked out when Jericho won the title. Finally is all I can say. P.S. Shawn Micheals will be on Excess this week if you can stand watching that show. | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Dec. 01 | You dudes really trip me out with this whole just because HHH is on the poster he is going to make his big return at Vengeance thing. Well Lita and Stacy were on the Survivor Series poster and had nothing to do with the PPV. Also before Undertaker came back there was a big deal about the Armegeddon poster with Undertaker on it and and did he return no not until Judgement Day. Yes most of the time the people in the ad are major players in the PPV but not always. The ads for this PPV are probably a couple months old any way and HHH was originally supposed to be back by now. He probably was originally supposed to be big in this PPV but it didn't work out. It wouldn't suprise me a bit if he made his triumphant return tomorrow night in some form or fashion. If he doesn't big deal when he does return I'm sure he will make a hell of an impact. | ||||

WHo knows he could be there tonight, but to start a program with Austin right away is not advisable from the doctors. It is almost guaranteed, he will be back before or at the Royal Rumble. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | No kidding, RVD/Taker should have been the Heat match! This could have kick started RVD's career by beating the Undertaker. Would have given him a huge title defense and he could have gone to greater levels. God, the Undertaker needs to pass the torch to new guys and leave, he's all dried up, he used to be great but now he sucks. | ||||
