Trish vs Jazz
winner:Jazz

IC Match
Edge vs William Regal
winner: William Regal

Tag Belts:
Dudleys vs Tazz and Spike.
winner: Dudleyz. At least tazz got a push for 2 weeks. Not bad for him. Besides you need the Dudleyz to face Hall and Nash.

Vince McMahon vs Ric Flair
winner: Vince McMahon with lots of interference.
Undisputed Championship

Undusduted Heavyweight Championship match
(c)Chris Jericho vs Rock
winner: The Rock. There goes Jericho's title reign. Back to matches with Xpac and Scotty 2 Hotty for you.

Royal Rumble 2002
winner: HHH. Please god, don't let it be a screw finish with 2 winners or no winners. Bet it comes down to Austin, Undertaker, and HHH. Austin and HHH take out the Undertaker. Undertaker comes back and eliminates Austin by hitting him with a chair and throwing him out of the ring. Has a staredown with HHH.

That sounds good. But I want to know who is going to be the surprise entry. Like Bob Backland and Drew Carey last year. Who will it be this year???

You forgot about Kurt Angle though. Where will he fit in?

Angle is in the Rumble. I am sure he will get eliminated near the end.

I think:

Trish will keep her title
Regal will win the IC strap
Spike/Tazz will retain with interference from someone
Flair/McMahon will go to a no contest of some kind to set up another match down the road
Jericho retains, but somehow there will be a rematch monday night where he will lose the title

I want to see someone different win the rumble but lose their shot at the belt in the future...not sure who, but someone not named austin/helmsley/angle/or taker

I think that this year, the guy who's gonna make a run in the middle of the Rumble is gonna be RVD. Usually, they pick one guy to eliminate like seven or eight guys. Last year was Kane, the year before was Rikishi, I think.

The Rumble comes down to 3 men: Austin, HHH, & the Undertaker. Somehow Taker knocks both men out at the same time to win it all, therefore going on to Wrestlemania to face The Rock.
Next month at No Way Out, Austin and HHH wrestle for some bullshit bragging rights when all of a sudden Hall and Nash come out to attack both men. Since it is No Way Out what better time for the nWo to return.
That's how I would write it anyway so you can bet your life it won't happen. I usually am wrong on every wrestling prediction I make. LOL

The Rock isn't in the Rumble match Hybrid. He's wrestling Jericho for the title. Put Angle's name in there and that's my final 5.

After Smackdown and how obvious they tried to make it that Rock is going to beat Jericho, I definitely see Jericho winning now. Besides Rock will be around on a limited basis for reshooting scenes for Scorpion King. Jericho will most likely lose at No Way Out though, probably to Austin or HHH.

I say kevin nash comes out and helps flair beat mcmahon or maybe even helps mcmahon beat flair

The rumble will have a shitty ending like stone cold and hhh both get eliminated by someone who's already out to end things off. Setting Up a triple threat match at wrestlemania for the title. And just to brag a bit I am going to wrestlemania in TO because I am from TO the best clean city in the world.

Im gay, but who cares

This is the list, the WWF put out. That does not mean it is the final list. Al Snow, Maven and Saturn stand out as 3 guys who could be replaced, if the WWF wanted to for say I don't know Nash, Hall and Hogan or whomever else might be a surprise.

Trish vs Jazz
winner:Jazz

IC Match
Edge vs William Regal
winner: William Regal

Tag Belts:
Dudleys vs Tazz and Spike.
winner: Dudleyz.

Vince McMahon vs Ric Flair
winner: Ric Flair. If i were the WWF, I'd make this be a catalyst for both Vince briniging in the nWo and the split. He feels he can't beat Flair after a clean win by the Nature Boy on this night and so he wants to have OTHER guys take over Flair's half for him. They could pretend the nWo is an outside group until Vince convinces Flair that since they can't get along and it is costing the WWF, the WWF should be split into two to fight the nWo invasion at which point it will be unveiled Vince made the nWo come in so as to force the split and make it possible the nWo could take over Flair's half for him. This would mean that after the split, the nWo is only invading Flair's organization and is employed by McMahon's organization. So, that's why Flair wins. Plus, the past few weeks, McMahon has beaten the crap out of Flair, so that means Flair SHOULD get his revenge Sunday anyway.

Undusduted Heavyweight Championship match
(c)Chris Jericho vs Rock
winner: Jericho. Like TeenWeek said, that AWESOME promo Jericho cut on Smackdown and the fact everyone expected Rock to win tells me Jericho wins. Don't be surprised if he holds the belt til Wrestlemnaia either. I think they should have him be in the main event with someone else and leave the two big names (Austin and the Rock) to face the nWo guys at Mania to give the nWo threat instant credibility. Who is that somebody else that Jericho would face at Mania? Welllllllllllllll...

Royal Rumble 2002

Winner: HHH. Actually he'll get the title shot, that seems obvious to me, but we'll see if they try the old "let's have a guy who isn't going to get it win so he can lose the title shot at No Way Out just to swerve the audience" trick. I swear that's been done more than the Jedi Mind Trick. And I hate THIS trick, too! So, let's hope against hope that they do like last year, don't bullshit us around, and make the guy who's going to get the shot have it straight through without any cute "WM title shot" matches in between.

I also predict no further surprises. If you go with my theory on how to make the McMahon-Flair match the reason for the nWo invasion, then no Hall, Nash, Hogan, or HBK on Sunday, obviously. I predict one of them might show up to start the invasion, though, the next night on Raw.

All in all, I'm pretty psyched for this card, especially the Flair-McMahon match for some reason, and the Rumble itself is always one of my favorites.

Here's my predictions:

Trish vs. Jazz, women's title match
No one cares. The WWF couldn't put on a decent women's match to save their life. Trish, for all of her training, isn't half the wrestler that Molly or Ivory is, and Jazz is a man-beast much like Chyna was, only I think Jazz is less talented. My prediction is that Jazz mauls her and wins the title. As if we really give a damn. When the WWF tries to make this division more like joshi, and less gratuitous T&A, then I'll care. As it stands, I don't give a shit about a belt that's defended every other week in "eggnog matches".

Edge vs. Regal, IC title
Here's a feud that has NO HEAT WHATSOEVER. So, the WWF decides to break up Edge and Christian, and Edge gets the big push, because they want him to be the Next Big Thing in sportz entertainment. Alas, as we find out, he's not nearly as interesting as Christian, who's tons better on the stick, but unfortunately is stuck trying to carry Rikishi's fat ass to a decent match. Regal's a guy who is a fantastic WRESTLER, but his style clashes with pretty much everyone in the fed (because most everyone in the fed is a sportz entertainer and not a wrestler). So, for some reason, they make them feud, and get no heat as a result. I'd say the smart thing to do is to let Edge retain, then have him start a program feuding against the Canadian Mafia, but I think the writers will want to waste even more time on this feud, so Regal wins the gold. Blecch.

Spike / Tazz vs. Dudleys, Tag title match
The tag scene is DEAD. Spike / Tazz are seen as transitional champs at best, the Dudleys are so stale that mold is growing on them, the Hardys are burnt out and seem to be persona non grata with the brass, Billy / Chuck aren't really over with the fans (except as a joke), and there's really nothing left after that. The SMART thing to do would be to keep the belts on Spike / Tazz for the time being, since at least they're fresh (and have an underdog appeal), and then work to build up the division. But this is the WWF, so the Duds will win and we'll probably see them fight the Hardys again for the 9 billionth time.

Ric Flair v. Vince McMahon
If McMahon wins, I'll go ballistic. I'll be homicidal, suicidal, and genocidal. The last person to pull this "I'll book myself over the living legend Nature Boy!" shit was Eric Bischoff, and we all know what became of that. I'm going to hold off hope that Flair wins, but the Vince ego is a monstrous thing. Still, I must remain optimistic.
But Flair WILL wear the crimson mask, that's for sure.

THE Most Underappreciated WWF Champion EEEEEEEVVVVVEEERRRR vs. Flex "Scorpion King" Kavana, for the Undisputed Championship
If Flex wins, than the WWF is OFFICIALLY insane. This is a major fucking problem that people like me have with the WWF; the same 4 guys who were in the main event 3 YEARS ago are STILL there, with no change. And if they try to insert someone else (Angle, Jericho), if the ratings don't pop up to ungodly numbers, they go, "Oh, guess the push isn't working, let's kill it." Jericho has never gotten a fair shot at being the champ. He won the gold, and within a couple weeks, he was having to fight midcarders like Rikishi, and SELL HIS ASS OFF for them. He's presented as a weak champion, while old fucks like Undertaker get to steamroll over everyone in the federation. It's bullshit. Flex doesn't need this victory AT ALL, and if he wins, than it's the WWF shooting themselves in the foot. Anyone remember the last federation that refused to push new talent, and let the same stars fight in the main event time over time? I do, they went out of business about a year ago. The SMART thing is to keep the belt on Jericho, actually present him as a TRUE champion, have him kick everyone's ass up until WM, have him kick HHH's ass AT WM, then build up a Rock / Jericho rematch sometime after that. Trust me, the fans will go for it. Flex doesn't ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE A FUCKING BELT.
Jericho wins this, because he HAS TO.

Royal Rumble
Winner - HHH. Since, if you haven't realized it by now, HHH is the Son of God, and he died for my sins and yours. Or at least that's what the WWF is saying.
He's the obvious choice, and the emotional favorite too. I say the final four are: Angle, HHH, Austin, Undertaker. HHH and Austin are the last men out, with HHH eliminating Austin, to tease another feud between the two.

If they do something stupid, like pull the old Luger / Hart "who won the Rumble?" bullshit, than that may be enough for me to just give up on the whole federation. They don't need dumb shit like that, they have enough problems as is.

Oh dear sweet Lord, not another Puroseau homo. This Se7en might just be worse than Sir O. At least Sir O has some good jabs (even if I disagree with almost all of them ;) ), this guy calls the Rock "Flex" to really show him off. Boy, he used to wrestle as Flex in the indys, that must mean he must really suck. You've convinced me. That's a good one, Se7en. Sad to say it's not even original as some other geek I've seen on 411wrestling uses that and I'm sure it is just the biggest insult imaginable and the Rock cries himself to sleep at night (probably ono a big pile of money instead of a bed) because you called him "Flex" as if that is supposed to be derogatory in ANY way.

Combined with your typical "I'm a smart so I complain about everything" bullshit this man is the prototype for the Scott Keith wannabe club and seems destined to pop up on YOUR local shitty wrestling website and start debating over whether the Rock-Jericho match tonight is a ****3/4 match or just a ****1/4 match as if the entire world revolves around it. You heard it here first. Se7en's gonna be an internet star someday.

People have a write to criticize.

Its not like we are like Mushnick and criticize wrestling and people who watch it yet we have something to say about it every week.

We are wrestling fans, and wrestling sucks right now, thats my opinion, your opinion can be different. Thats fine. But me or anybody else has the right to say it.

When Im watching Sports and my teams suck, which is often, I will criticize them and say they suck, Im not going to stop watching them.

With all that said, Tonight's Royal Rumble should suck.
