--As of this time, the WWF still plans to carry out the much talked about roster split right after WrestleMania. Many fans have asked a logical question - What will happen to theWWF World Championship belt after the split happens? The WWF has reportedly been considering different scenarios on how this could play out. As of right now, the leading idea would have the heavyweight champion at the time of the split be the only wrestler to participate in BOTH promotions, thereby giving both leagues a shot at the world title belt and not making one seem weaker than the other. When a wrestler would lose the belt, the new champion would become the only wrestler (at the time) to wrestle in both leagues.

--WWF wrestlers have taped an episode of Weakest Link once again. Chris Jericho, Jerry Lawler, Steve Austin, the Dudley Boyz, Debra, Terri and Stacy Keibler were all on hand in L.A. yesterday for the taping of the show. No word as of yet on who won or when it will be aired.

i kinda sorta almost like the idea of the one guy wrestling both nights...or at least being on both shows. but will the person who loses the belt just replace the guy who wins the belt? that would mean some cross over if the belt changes hands like it has in the past few years...but that is just a thought

I think the loser goes to whatever group the winner came from.

What about the other belts since they are also unified. You have the tag belts, the Intercontinental championship as well. Does this mean Tazz and Spike for now and William Regal will be in both feds as well.

From everything I've read, TeenWeek, it seems as if the other belts will be split among the two groups. For example, if Ric Flair picks whoever is IC Champ at the time in the draft, then the IC Championship would only be defended on Flair's WWF. I've read that one group will have the IC Tile and the other will have both the Euro and HC title and unify them to form another #2 belt comparable to the IC belt, one of them will have the Women's Title, the other will have the Cruiserweight Title and SUPPOSEDLY actually work on having that belt mean something (we'll see about that), and there would be two tag belts somehow (I guess they'd have a match where there would be a dispute as to who the champs are before the split and they'd form two belts from there).

Of course, I read this on PWTorch.com in December so who nows if that's still the same, but the champ in two organizations idea ws around then, too, so it might still be the same. I like the idea that one guy and one guy ONLY is gonna be on both, and it's the champ. It makes the world title look that much more prestigious.

Now, if this happens, that means each WWF would only have 4 belts if you include the World title. OMG? You mean titles might mean SOMETHING!

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO!
