Kevin Nash is still telling friends that he is going to be heading to the WWF once his WCW contract expires next January. Many people have claimed that Nash is still very close to Triple H and Vince McMahon. However, many WWF officials are claiming that Nash will not be welcomed back like he thinks he will be.

Despite the addition of Heyman, Stephanie McMahon is still the official supervisor of the writing team.

Backstage at Raw the wrestlers were all under the impression that ECW is history and that lawyers are finalizing the details. Most industry sources predict that Heyman will file bankruptcy for ECW shortly.

Heyman was playing games with InDemand, which he claims owes him a significant amount of back pay. Some sources also believe that part of the reason Heyman delayed announcing the ECW shut down was so that he could stick it to InDemand by making them wait until the last possible second to find alternative programming.

At Raw, observers watched Heyman give other WWF officials a list of ECW and Indy names that he feels should be evaluated by the WWF.

I only hope he can leave his attitude back in WCW. If he can, I think it would be nice to see another credible main eventer in the WWF.

I hope Nash does jump back to the WWF. He may be well past his prime, and not a contender for the top spot in the company, but, without the booking power he has in WCW, he'll actually be forced to work, and could have a spot as a top mid-carder. Also, he would be a huge asset for getting other big wrestlers such as Test and Big Show over. I could definately picture some very entertaining matches between him and Test.

Yeah, we got a lot of big guys, but, lets face it, big guys with power moves are what sell tickets. Also, Taker isn't going to be around a whole lot longer, so that leaves Kane, Big Show, and Test. And Test is a pretty solid wrestler.

If you think about it, most of the big names in the company really aren't all that big--Rock, and SCSA are both average sized as far as wrestlers go, and HHH, Benoit, and Jericho are all on the small side.

Besides, Nash would probably be used as a mid-carder with occasional pushes to main-event status, similarly to the way Benoit's been used lately. This leaves room at the top for plenty of young talent, but takes up a roster spot currently occupied by crap (Albert). By bringing in Nash and other big names/talented workers, the WWF would only make the company as a whole better by raising the standard.

I'd love to see him come back to the WWF, but I wouldn't expect many good years out of him. He'd fit into the storylines well, but his in-ring ability wouldn't be the same. All the same, I hope he returns.

I think it would be great to see Nash come back and try to re-team with the Undertaker. (J.R.: "Oh My God! It's Diesel! No one could have expected this!
Paul E.: "Now that's what I call EXTREME!")

He would then invoke the jealous wrath of Kane, and the two former Diesels would battle it out in a cell.

And about the whole Heyman thing: Steph paid her dues. If I remember correctly, Paul Heyman was never a 12-year old WWF receptionist or (thank God) a 13-year old Rockers T-shirt model.

Am I the only one who really thinks Nash is just lazy? He seriously hasn't had what it takes in quite some time. He's not working matches like he used to. He goes out, does what he has to do without making it look good or like he even wants to be there, then he's done.

I wouldn't bet that his work would improve magically in the WWF, unless the "clique" somehow motivates him to do so. So Triple H, Waltman (X-Pac), and Michaels would have to hound him.

(Note that I didn't mention Hall, cause he's probably done with the biz.)

I follow your logic, in regards to Nash, he doesnt care anymore, he needs to care in order to perform for us, cause thats what he is there for anyway, right? Besides, with the rumors that Hogan is coming back for a "last run" with the fed, it would seem that anyone coming over from WCW that they would have to work their asses off to make it.
