It is about time we see some fresh talent. The WWF has not had a young, home grown product on television since Kurt Angles debut. Unless you think of the Maven project as "talent"

I saw this guy at a couple house shows. Each time he had decent pops. I didn't even know who the hell he was. What I do know is that he put on some entertaining matches.

Great to see something new finally. Sure didn't expect that at all, this motherfucker is HUGE!!

As far as Maven is concerned, I like the kid, don't get me wrong, but he's a human advertisement. Is there a contest going on on who can get more plugs in for T.E. 2, Al Snow or Maven??

I hope this Brock guy is as good as he looks, I know my best friend Carol had to be drooling when he entered the ring, because it will be great to see a new huge guy.

Brock is a stud. Ive seen him wrestle 2 times live, he is a great talent. And the WWF brought him in the right way tonight, plus hes with Heyman, so thats great too.

thank god he didnt. He is better than a hardcore champ.

Maybe he will start something with Maven for a week or 2 though, just to show him that a guy that worked his way to the show the hard way is better than a guy who won a chance to be there on a tv show.

the guy kinda reminded me of Rhyno and 'the guy that was fucking awesome in ECW that I can't remember the name of right now, but he was incredible in his matches with RVD and TAZZ' (and it certainly isn't Mikey Whipwreck).

fuck, I wish I could remember his name.

Are you thinking of Brakkus? The guy who was hyped by ECW for 2 months, then jobbed to Taz in 40 seconds and was never heard from again, until he went to the WWF and got punked by Bart Gunn in the Brawl for All.

No, it wasn't him. It was a popular wrestler in the ECW.

And I still can't remember his name.

Lesnar is an NCAA heavyweight champion wrestler. I read in the Observer that Kurt Angle beat him in an amateur match last year shortly after signing with the WWF. I've seen a couple of tapes of him in OVW, he used the shooting star press as a finisher. Don't know if he can still do it, considering he's much bigger now.

His tag partner in OVW was Shelton Benjamin, forming the Minnesota Stretching Crew. From what I've seen, Benjamin is smaller than Lesnar but also really good. I think he might have been injured some time recently, but if not, I wonder if they're going to bring him in for the split as well...

He looked great, but how long until he is jobbing to Lita on Sunday Night Heat? And I know he will have to tone down his intensity because the upper echelon of talent will bitch & moan about how stiff he seems to be.

And having Heyman managing him is good. It is obvious Paul will get him over as a heel with his stellar mic work. Let's just hope he doesn't take Brock's salary and snort it up his nose...

i think we have a winner there sir o...

like i said in another thread, i saw brock before the raw at msg a few weeks ago and he looked great. moved well, and can get heel heat i am sure, especially with heyman doing his talking. keep him quiet, like rhyno was in ecw, only saying a few things now and then, and he will be great.

Why were they keeping this guy from us??? He looks buff enough to possibly give HHH a run for his money. Doing that triple power bomb was awesome, but I still can't figure out why he didn't pin Maven for the title. Definitely the best entrance in the WWF since Chris Jericho.

Thanks to Brokenjaw for the sigpic

this is definately something to look forward to, couldnt have brought him in at a better time. his debut was very impressive and giving heyman to him only makes things better. thought he was gonna kill spike with those powerbombs..i was sorta hoping on the last one he would powerbomb him over the top rope, but it was still awesome. that guys shoulders were bigger than spikes whole damn body.

Brock is a guy that good ol' JR has been talking about for months on the Ross Report. He said that he'd be big talent, and by golly I think he's right.
