Stacy Keibler comes down to the ring (SHE IS REALLY HOT!) and enters the ring to introduce Mr. McMahon. Mr. McMahon comes out and talks about how tonight there are "new rules" and Triple H is going to play by the "rules". Vince tells us Triple H is not allowed to come within ten feet of him or "else". Triple H comes out on cue and "breaks the rules" (since his new gimmick and t-shirt is "Screw the Rules").

Triple H talks about how Stacy Keibler would rather be with a man such as himself then an "old wrinkled man" such as Vince. Triple H runs down all the 'excuses' Vince must tell her because he can not perform in the bedroom like a STUD like himself could. Triple H calls Stacy "Anna Nicole-Smith" and tells us she is just with Vince until he kicks the bucket so she can get her hands on his money.

Triple H went to attack Vince McMahon and Christian, Storm, D Von, Test and Bob Holly all march down to the ring (might have been others there as well - but I can't recall all who were present) and save Mr. McMahon.

Triple H puts up a good fight but falls victim to the swarm known as the McMahon Midcard Brigade (what I term them). The Brigade eventually overcome Triple H and Jericho comes down to the ring and puts Triple H in to the "Walls of Jericho". Triple H is left a bloody mess and Jericho and McMahon pose on the ramp.

Vince McMahon informed us he was booking Triple H v. Chris Jericho at Judgment Day in a "HELL IN THE CELL" match! Later on in the show we are informed Triple H will be taking on D Von tonight.

Hurricane Helms def. Tajiri in 4:23 by count out in a WWE Cruiserweight Title defense. Tajiri was distracted when Torrie Wilson got on top of the announcers table and stripped in to her bra and panties!

Later on in the show Al Snow and Hurricane do a funny skit in the back where Hurricane finds a mysterious note left for him in his locker. Al Snow deducts talking to an imaginary "head" was more sane then talking to Hurricane (pretty funny stuff).

Test def. Mark Henry in 5:17 with the Big Boot. Yeah, these guys got 5:17 to do their match (tell me why?).

D Von cut a promo introducing Deacon Bastina (who I thought was going to be Leviathan at first because we just saw his arm backstage - but I am not sure who it was. I don't think it was Leviathan. This guy looked sort of like Bull Buchanan but it didn't look like Bull).

D Von def. Triple H in 5:30 with some help from Chris Jericho who hit Triple H with the "money box" behind the refs back. Triple H bladed and bled a ton.

Kurt Angle came out to show us what Edge would look like bald. Edge gained control of the videotron in mid promo and replaced his bald photo with Angle's. Angle eventually caught on (not after looking like a dork again) and demanded Edge come out. Hogan came out instead to a MONSTER POP. Hogan told Angle a lot of bald people have been the WWE Champion before. A lot of them have been the greatest champions of all time. He mentioned "Superstar" Billy Graham, Steve Austin and of course pulled off his bandana and mentioned himself. Angle went to attack Hogan but Hogan got the best of Angle and sent him packing.

Angle was upset in the back and demanded a shot at Hogan tonight but he also wanted to get at Edge as well. Mr. McMahon booked Jericho and Angle v. Hogan and Edge as the main event.

Billy and Chuck and Rico did some promo work backstage informing us they were going to team up in six man action. Rico said he had a black belt in Kempo.

Billy and Chuck and Rico def. Al Snow and Maven and Rikishi. Fast paced action in this match. It went 5:35. Rico is awesome.

Randy Orton was backstage and Lance Storm confronted him about their match later in the show. Lance was upset because he is the "wrestler" out of the two and Orton got everything handed to him to quickly.

Lance Storm def. Randy Orton in 4:23 by submission after the guest ref Bob Holly called for the bell and helped Storm win.

Edge was backstage doing his Hogan impersonation when Hogan came in and said what Edge was saying. Edge marked out.

Hogan and Edge v. Angle and Jericho ended in a no contest when Triple H came out with the sledgehammer and busted everybody in sight with it. The match went 7:58. Good stuff when Hogan was not in and it was slowed down a bit when Hogan was in. The fans were dead for the match.

It was interesting because all night the fans popped for everything. It died down right when Hogan came out for the match. I think it was because we had popped so much all show and the main event was finally here. Not quite sure on the reason why the fans died right after Hulk came out the last time. Of course a BIG Hogan chant broke out during the match. HHH got a big pop.

Vince McMahon came back out to challenge Triple H to have the guts to hit him with the sledgehammer. Vince walked towards the ring but Jericho came back in with a chair and laid out Triple H. Jericho left him laying and celebrated with Vince again as the show ended. It was a good show from my standpoint (much better then RAW - I went to both shows).

Additional notes:

- Triple H posed at all 4 corners with the sledge hammer after the cameras were off.
- Legit sellout the arena holds 12,000.
- Hogan got a very loud reaction.
- A small "You screwed Bret" chant started when Tim White came out, pretty amusing.
- Very, very good show live, will be interesting to see how it comes off on TV. Only bad part of the night was, getting home and my 200+ photos with my digi cam are gone! ARRRGH! At least my brothers are still there, but, dammit, I have the better camera!!

According to 1wrestling, Leviathan was indeed the wrestler portraying Deacon Bastina.

HHH Vs. Jericho is a great match and a great money maker.. but a bad story lined match -- because.. If HhH wins, then he would look as if he is unstopable- and if Jericho wins, it would seem that he beat HhH while being unstopable -- Bad way to explain it but It's hard to express how I feel

Well, I gues the WWF, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, the WWE realized that Hogan v. Taker doesn't have "huge buyrate" written on it, so they reached in their bag of "desperate tricks" and realized, "Hey, Hell in a Cell with two guys who can wrestle will get the buyrate up!" And they're probably right! I actually have done a 360 on JD with the announcement of one match. Even though it's probably the only match on the card I'd want to see (though Edge and Angle always put on a good show), the fact it's a HitC match makes it must-see. Let's hope the WWE doesn't brain fart like at Mania and decides to do the right thing and bury the Taker-Hogan match in the middle of the card and puts on the HitC last, cuz in reality, the Jericho-HHH match is gonna be the real main event of this card. Hey, maybe they shoulda thought of giving HHH and Jericho a good storyline like they have done so far and ended it in a HitC match when they were main eventing at Wrestlemania! That might have been a smart idea! But, what do I know? I'm not the creative genius that IS Stephanie McMahon!!!!!

You know, though, for storyline continuity sake, they really should make it a KENNEL in a Cell match instead and have Lucy exact her revenge on Y2J by peeing on the outside of the ring!

2002 Crack Committee Objectives:
1. 94 Wins and NL East Title by the Mets this year
2. Hate the Braves with a passion
3. All 5 Starters have winning records this year
4. Mets win World Series
5. Hopefully come up with a better name for the Crack Commitee than something the Mad Dog came up with. Come on!

Hell In A Cell - big fucking whoop.

I remember when a steel cage match was the last straw in a fued, when everything else had been tried. The steel cage match was intense, bloody, and pretty much was the end of a fued. Hell In A Cell was supposed to take it past the limit. Wrestlers could now be on top of the cage. More action, more possibilities. Mankind/Undertaker, anyone? Cactus Jack/HHH? Now, it's nothing more than a basic steel cage match. Another gimmick to use to get buyrates. Don't get me wrong, I'll watch the PPV. But when you said Hell In A Cell, it actually meant more than a steel cage match, which is what this is gonna be.

this is why i still watch. torrie wilson stripping is worth watching the whole thing.

"Because we don't know when we will die, We get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. Yet everything happens a certain number of times, and a very small number, really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood? An afternoon that’s so deeply a part of your being that you can't even conceive of your life without it. Perhaps four or five times more, perhaps not even that. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps twenty. And yet it all seems limitless." -Brandon Lee

Exactly - the only reason why RAW was good is the Terri swim suit scene - Granted she's like 52, but she still gives me a rod

I think Diamond Dust hits it on the head....they're desparately trying to make us care about Jericho vs. HHH. Trouble is, they should have done all of this at least 3 months ago.
