Well, with the Kliq as the hot topic as usual here, let's get on with tonight's clusterfuck.

From wwe.com...

quote:

Rob Van Dam isn't the type of guy to forgive and forget.
Last week on RAW, the Intercontinental Champion suffered a brutal attack by Brock Lesnar during a 10-man tag team match featuring RVD. The Next Big Thing went so far as to smash RVD with the F5 on the steel entrance beneath the TitanTron! With just six days until Vengeance, Rob Van Dam will team up with Ric Flair to battle "The Next Big Thing" Brock Lesnar and the WWE Undisputed Champion, the Undertaker!

Also, the nWo issued an ultimatum to Triple H, but suffered a huge setback with Kevin Nash tearing a quadriceps. How will this feared faction recover? Will The Game join his Kliq friends? One thing we do know is that Booker T will face Big Show tonight in singles action, and The Book will be looking for revenge for the nWo's brutal assault on him last Monday.

Also in action tonight, Jeff Hardy joins Bubba Ray and Spike Dudley in a six-man elimination match against William Regal, Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero!

The WWE Women's Championship will be on the line, when Molly goes one-on-one with Trish Stratus. Bradshaw will finally get to defend his Hardcore Championship against Christopher Nowinski. And former ECW stars collide when Tommy Dreamer battles Steven Richards.

One thing's for sure, with WWE back in the tri-state area, this episode of RAW is sure to have some surprises in it. Don't miss RAW, Monday at 9/8 CT on TNN, live from Continental Airlines Arena!

Actually, I wouldn't have minded a Shane return (yes, I know, I'm a sadist), but just 2 minutes to bitch out Daddy seems to be all the airtime he's getting.

What's the over/under on Stephie being the Smackdown! GM?

I think it's Bishop for Raw...I don't think it's Steph... She has more then enough work behind the scenes

Eric Bischoff as GM. That's interesting.

And Kevin Nash is out for one week and they kill the NWO gimmick. Yeah, like I said.

That shit with Brock pumping up with a piece of the Raw set was the cheesiest and worst thing I have ever seen. Brock reminds me of that bad guy from Superman 4, ya know, the one bad guy who truely sucked ass in the Superman movies.

And the NWO? Eric Bischoff back? That Kliq sure has a hella lot of influence.

Give it up.

Even Vince had to realize that the nWo was dead, seeing as only two guys were active wrestlers: Big Show, who no one cares about, and X-Pac, who won't wrestle anyone if he's going to have to job to them.

As for the Kliq, you really think they have no power? Poor you.

Bischoff returns on RAW tonight....that's maybe THE story of the year. That's pretty much bigger than Hogan & the nWo returning, given the history between McMahon & Bischoff. And ultimately, what was the point of Bischoff's promo?

He wants to sign HHH to RAW.

In the end, it was ALL about HHH. Cause it always is.

Yet you think the Kliq has no power.

Sure, whatever.

Whoa, now when was Bischoff part of the "Kliq"?

If anything, he's part of that "Hulk Hogan Kissass Club". Did you see Shawn and X-Pac anywhere tonight?

As for the Triple H part, he's just picking up the storyline. Where Triple H wouldn't want to join NWO, Shawn would have sent in his goons to attack. Now when HHH doesn't join Raw, Bischoff will send his Raw roster goons at him.

I'd figured a HHH hater like yourself would appreciate this gimmick, cause no matter what, HHH is the main focus of the both shows.

The shock value will create a vibe. But where to go from here. How do you top this one?

My only suggestion to top this one, and I gaurantee that it won't happen, is to make Ted Turner the new GM for Smackdown.

In the end it doesn't even matter

WOOOO! Ric Flair will most likely be the other GM. Thanks to WWE writing I'm sure this totally unexplainable angle will occur.

It's simple, man. The WWE has invested alot of time into Triple H, and he is a big star in the WWE. He comes back in a month, what were they gonna do, just have him show up and wait for a storyline to develop? No, they're trying to put together something for him to come back to. They were gonna try the NWO, it seems, but since everything went to hell with that, they went with the Bischoff angle. And it's not just about him. Bischoff is trying to sign the Rock to.

[Sarcasm] It's always about The Rock [/Sarcasm]

I always thought X-pac hated Bischoff.

I thought Raw was a good show. They made progress, and have some stuff to work with. Booker looks like he could be set up as being the man that Bischoff and the heels want to take out. Goldust has been a surprise turnaround this year. RVD is the number 1 star on Raw right now, and Taker is just riding out what might be his last title reign. I see him retiring soon, for some reason.

Some good clean matches finishes with the Dreamer/Richards and the main event, even if they did screw-up the legal man thing. I see good stuff to work with.

Im afraid to say this in this thread, but I liked the show tonight. Really good matches, with nice finishes, and it had a flow to it. Of course, Eric Bischoff coming to the WWE was unbelievable!! Definitely a shot in the arm to the current roster. I never thought id see Vince and Bischoff hug like that. Just shows that anything can happen in this industry.

Vince is desperate, so can you blame him for listening to the Kliq or whoever gave him this idea?? He's tried everything, a split, an InVasion, Ric Flair being an owner. Those all sucked. He had nowhere to go but end this nWo bullshit, sign a big name in wrestling and do something with it... Bischoff isn't exactly a problem solver but what else can Vince do?

RAW was pretty good. The Benoit/Bubba etc. Tag Match was pretty good and the rest was better than usual. The Chick fight wasn't that bad either, and the Kendo stick match was pretty sweet. Nothing like a real ECW match though...

Hey, someone write down the date and time, FTL's gonna have a positive comment.

I did enjoy tonight's show.

Being there probably had some unfair influence over me, but Raw was pretty decent. First half was better than the second... and of course the middle was pretty sweet.... the initial shock of just SEEING Bischoff there started to wear off when I realized what he was talking about (as Se7en said) but still, having him around *could* be interesting. And there's always the Smackdown GM left, and if it's Stephanie, just ignore this post and pretend it never happened.

I think it's the end of the world. Bischoff in WWE and FTL liking Raw. :-D Smackdown should be really interesting. You know Rock will have an awesome promo on Bischoff. I am sure Bischoff will cut the backstage thing with Jericho, Hogan and maybe even Angle. Smackdown should be really good.

I don't think it is Stephanie. Mick Foley anyone??
