Well sunday was my birthday, good old sixteen. But what does this have to do with wrestling? And why the hell am I posting it on this part of the board? Well since i mostly post here I decided to tell me gifts and stuff since it mostly has to do with wrestling. Well I received proberly the best birthday wrestling gifts in my lifetime!!! First dear old mum bought me a HHH leather cap (god I love the smell) and a Tazz "Thug it" t'shirt. Dad bought me beyound the mat and the best of RVD (if u dont know these films SHAME ON YOU!!!) And family and friends worked up on these-

Have a nice day book
3 monthly issues of Raw
Rulers of the ring (this is a pretty tame book, I recomened this book for people who are just getting into wrestling) and lastly WWF the music Volume 5 with a contest entry to win a trip to the usa to see smackdown. All I say is if you are a wrestling fan.......
TELL ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS It pays off trust me.

Happy Birthday Tazza - Beyond the Mat is a great movie - makes you look at professional wrestling a different way after you see it - The DVD is a must own.

What was great was that a friend of mine is mentioned on the Director's Commentary. Tony Lewis of Strictly ECW. He lead a writing campaign to get Beyond the Mat released in the theaters in the states. Tony Lewis is a great man.

And I feel guilty for ever being a fan of Jake "The Snake" Roberts after seeing his life story.

Happy Birthday Tazza.

hey happy birthday, you're only 2 years older than me!

my parents don't like buying me wrestling stuff because according to them "wrestling is for 9 year old boys, not 14 yr old girls and it's not good to watch violence" but when do i ever listen?

enjoy watching BEYOND THE MAT, that film is great and so is HAVE A NICE DAY the book, i think it took me about 2 days to read those 700 or so pages but it was v. good.

happy bday again! (ps. i got my 1st wrestling tshirt for my 13th bday and i was well proud- useless facts i have decided to share with you)

Good for you Tazza. And I too enjoyed Beyond the Mat, just because of how cool it made Foley look and how pathetic it made Jake Roberts and Tony Atlas look.

And yes, Have a Nice Day is a good book. Be sure to pick up the sequel, Foley Is Good (and Real Life Is Faker Than Wrestling) on May 8.
