Will the WCW and ECW eventually get their own TV contracts and venture out as WWF spinoffs, or will the WWF just keep them as tools for Raw and Smackdown plots?

Will we get seperate WCW, WWF, and ECW PPV's? or will everything be contained within the WWF? Either way, all the money is getting back to the WWF.

WCW is not part of WWFE, it has remained a separate and sovereign entity, from a business/financial standpoint. And there originally was a plan to give WCW their own show, which I assume will require a TV contract. Where/when the show airs is still undecided, reactions are currently being gaged to determine the possibility for succsess of the new WCW tv program.
ECW is currently in bankruptcy proceedings. The WWF is only simply using the name as of this point. I think, though I'm not sure, that the ECW name can be used under the WWFE umbrella without legal backfire cause Vince bought the rights to the bankrupt promotion. But if ECW was attempted to be operated as an independent promotion and began making $$ again then there would be legal rammifications coming from the direction of ECW's creditors.
However, this does not rule out Vince paying these debts off (which shouldnt be a burden for a 500mil dollar company). Under this scenario a ECW show would be possible, I don't know how likely it is though.

According to what I have read somewhere (ok wresteline) there is the hope to have approximately 6 ppv's for wcw per year. Not one a month, and not one before starcade time...as for a tv deal, the problem is finding a station from what i understand. no station wants to put wrestling on tv, because it is on a downward trend, and the ratings aren't as good as last year. ECW on the other hand is most definately going to need to be brought out of bankruptcy prior to them doing anything really...I am suprised they have gotten away with using hte name as much as they have.
