Rob Van Dam vs. Jeff Hardy is now confirmed for Sunday's Invasion pay-per view. Look for it to be set up at tonight's SmackDown! tapings.

With that match added the card looks as follows:

- Inaugural Brawl
- APA vs. Palumbo & O'Haire
- Tazz vs. Tajiri
- Earl Hebner vs. Nick Patrick
- Edge & Christian vs. Mike Awesome & Lance Storm
- X-Pac vs. Kidman
- Trish Stratus & Lita vs. Stacy Keibler & Torrie Wilson

(Source: WrestlingObserver.com)

Bra & Panties, Tazz vs. Tajiri, Inagural Brawl, and especially RVD vs Jeff Hardy are all going to be absolutely great matches

This one is gonna be a high flying one, i think they should make it a top rope only match, where u can only pin ur opponent after a top rope maneuver, 5 star frog splash vs. Swanton Bomb, BEAUTIFUL!!!

shit, they are trying so hard to make the WECW heel, they should have taken Xpac and make him the spokesman.

That would have made it a definate we would have hated them!

Too bad Kidman gets paired up with X-Suc. Hopefully they schedule this one as the first match so it doesn't completely suck the life out of the show. Here's an idea, WCW/ECW wants to make a statement so they punk the ever loving shit of X-Pac. Obviously that won't happen, but I can dream can't I?

i still wish that raven or dreamer couldve had a match..and that lance storm could have a one on one instead of a tag match, but oh well overall it should be a great ppv.

Then let's hope the Kidman-XPac match isn't first. We may need that one somewhere in the middle.

Kidman vs. X-Pac should be pretty good. Kidman is almost always money, and if X-Pac feels like it, he can work a good match as well. It should be better than, say, APA vs. Team Green.

I hope that kidman gets the win, if they let x-fuck win, that defeats the whole idea of kidman being good. If he gets a good win, he will become a favorite for wwf fans, like he is for wcw fans.

That is defintely one, WCW/ECW will win. I also think Austin will turn in the main event so wecw will win the inaugural brawl. This way Rock can come back on Monday to a huge pop and set up Summerslam between the 2.

Jeff Hardy is already set for a match and he's the champ, so no deal. That said, I agree that those two guys should be on the card, although Dreamer IS a cripple at this point, but hell, he's been through enough, so I could stand any slow parts in his matches since if he tried anything risky, he'd probably die in the middle of the ring.

I would like to see Dreamer/Raven vs. E&C...not sure why but that would be a really fun match to watch.
Can't wait for the ppv, even if i have to see 2 non-wrestling matches.
Lets just hope they don't squash kidman's heat by having him do the job to x-pac.

I think RVD vs. Jeff Hardy is one of those matches where you know that one of the wrestlers is gonna win...for example, big show vs shane mcmahon...everyone knew shane would win because it doesnt make sense to have the better wrestler destroy the other wrestler. Anyway, my point is that RVD and Jeff Hardy will be a great match, but RVD could easily defeat him with his athleticism. But, this will be a perfect spot for Jerry Lynn to come back and help Jeff Hardy, setting up another one of the RVD vs Jerry Lynn classics.

Anyone else get the feeling SCSA is gonna turn in the main event? It gives WCW/ECW that BIG name and sets up the Rock coming back as a HUGE face for Summer Slam
