| Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01  | Since my brother is a huge Weezer fan, I wrote them off as a shitty band at first. After I listened to "Pinkerton" and some of their other stuff, I started to like them. I'm sure there are other people on the board who had a pre-conception of a band only to turn into a fan. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | I had the same feelings about Weezer when Buddy Holly was being played all the time. I thought the lyrics were stupid...then, i actually read them and they are much deeper than you'd imagine. I heard other stuff, mainly pinkerton, and then the rest of the blue album, and they are now my favorite band.  I am Chuck's wasted time. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 00 | Korn, Dope, 311, Type O Negative, Tool, just to name a few. They grew on me like a fungus once I heard other tracks off of their CDs.  There are 3 types of leaders and heroes. Some are born leaders, some are built from the ground up by experience, and some are the right people at the right time.
