I am - got 3 tix in Section 230.

Tickets still available!

Tip: For the best view across from the stage as possible, get tix between sections 229-236. These face the stage in a seating chart of MSG.

FYI: The best tix they have left are promenade level 200 a/o the time this message was posted.

FYI: No tickets left for the Knicks/Wizards game later this month, either.

FYI: The Cult opens for Aerosmith - what a show it shall be!

ROCK ON!

I saw Aerosmith about 3 years ago, I'd like to see them again, but I refuse to go knowing that I'd have to hear Jaded.

Simple... just use the restroom during the "Just Push Play" songs... Just like they did while Janeane Garofalo did her set at the Comics Come Home gig in Boston last year...

What did you think of the "Nine Lives" CD from four years ago? "Hole In My Soul" is the best track on that one.

I didn't buy it. Get A Grip marked a transition point for them. After that, things headed downhill.

IMHO 'GAG' had the most best tracks on it; "Pump" a close second.

I'd say their downhilledness might have been sparked by their sharing the stage with NSYNC during the Super Bowl... but to paraphrase that quote from "Field of Dreams":

If you make it*, they will buy.

* It = great music.

No, the Greatest Hits CD had the 'most best' tracks on it. LOL

Perhaps I should have rephrased my statement... "Big Ones" is a great best-of compilation (and the two 'new' tracks on it aren't bad either). And "Pandora's Box" is a neat box set chronicling their early years with Columbia Records.

However, excluding best-of albums, the award goes to Get A Grip.

Actually Sluggo, they were great live. Constant energy, great sound, and they did Heartbreaker as an encore.
