O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00	Nearly 2 Million people turned out for Saturdays St. Patricks Day parade in NYC. As you may or may not know, St. Patrick is the Patron Saint of Ireland. However, catholics living in Ireland were denied their God-given right to honor the great Saint as we did. Due to threats of Bombings and Actual bombings of St. Patrick day parade routes by Protestants, almost every single celebration had to be cancelled. I will not go into lenght about the Irish Civil war, a war that has lasted since 1916, i will simply post this song. It is about the Easter Sunday massacre in Ireland, a bloody memorial that is honored to this very day on the Green Isle. This song does hold a special significance for me, since I was born in Ireland, and have lost family to the War.
