Hey I know a few of you caught the Roseland Show, and perhaps a few others. Any feedback? I'm still pissed that I missed it, especially when Page made an appearance. Who was there?

well suzie, i caught philly. It was pretty cool. A few highlights were a JAMMIN gotta jibbo and sand. He also played a acoustic strange design. He talked about it for a little while. he explained it was a real close song to him written by tom, and he never sang it before. "Paige has always been nice enough to sing it" or something to that effect. Trey also talked about his tuning on his guitar and mentioned that Jimi Hnedrix was the greatest tuner of all time. His band was cool, the horns added a nice touch. Grippo was BAD ASS, the trumpet and trumbone sounded real nice on a few tunes. The place itself was real nice, and had great sound. Not a bad seat in the house. It held about 1500. I have to say, there were a few times trey should have just ended a song, but dragged it out. You know how trey can be. you definately could feel the symphony still in him with the song selection. It also had a regge feel to it in a lot of tunes. Thats all i can think of off the top of my head.

I'm just guessing, but I'd think its standing. Maybe everyone will sit on the floor while the movie's on, if there's room.
And I'm sorry to here you don't partake, maybe we can get together and you can watch me break the law...

there's four Trey shows available for download on Visit this Website. That's www.nugs.net. I just downloaded the Philly show, which sounds awesome, and i'm getting the Orpheum show next.
by the way, Suzie... i finally picked up Bittersweet Motel. it's hilarious. i love the part in the gun shop.

Glad the heads are keeping this thread alive!
The Ashville Trey show is up on sugarmegs.org Visit this Website little too much crowd noise but great show nonetheless.

i want to go see Outside Out, but i have a class that night. i'll be at Irving on April 13 (Friday) with some of my buds for the Dark Star Orchestra show, cause they fucking rock! i'd recommend going to see them if you haven't. they play specific Dead shows according to sheet music and replicate the setlists and jams from that specific night in the Dead's career. it's awesome. all the major players in the band were chosen cause they play and sing like the certain Dead member they represent. it's always a great show.

they're definitely worth checking out, they've got their own little devoted dead-head following.
