| Psychopath Registered: May. 01  | anyone hear the whole thing of "From Bliss to Devestation" yet? ive heard 3 songs and theyre alrite i guess, but theyre really starting to sound like godsmack. i dont think this will be nearly as good as "still" or self-titled, but if anyone heard the whole thing, let me know... | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | yea the new Candiria is sweet, my friend burned it for me. im glad theyre starting to get the recognition they deserve (i.e. Rolling Stone praise). yea VOD probably are assholes, a few years back when Still was out and they just played hardcore shows around here, i know kids that used to chill with them and get hammered. ever since Imprint and chilling with Phil Anselmo, theyve adapted this "fuck everyone, we're makin music for ourself" attitude which sounds noble, but dont bite the hand that feeds you, you know? i mean alot of hardcore kids are already losing interest, and if VOD doesnt give a shit about that, hey thats cool, might as well start bookin DFP's and tours with Godsmack, cuz you sure as hell are gonna catch alot of shit when you try playin krome, birch hill, or L'amours from the kids who basically gave your career the boost it needed to get where youre at today. i just hope they dont change for the worst.... | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | yea i just got it today and i must say im impressed. even though its not their old sound which was definitely more HC, its definitley a kick-ass hard rock record that will no doubt break into the mainstream in these next few months. anyone who hasnt heard this album, i guess the best i can do is say it sounds like a supercharged Godsmack/Pantera album, pick it up now before the herd does.... | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | i think they will be, thats one of the main reasons they got off Roadrunner which is a pretty good co. with big acts on it (sepultura, soulfly, fear factory, machine head, etc.) in order to get on TVT which is an even bigger label. but its also a good marketing move because TVT will have more money than Roadrunner does to spend on them so they can get on big tours and have their records distributed nationally at big chains.... | ||||
