| O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 01  | arg. i restarted my computer, and when it booted, on my desktop was the "show desktop" icon that is normally in my toolbar at the bottom. so i dragged it back onto the toolbar, and deleted it from the desktop. not thinking anything of it, i emptied my recycle bin. now my fucking icon isnt working because i deleted the .scf file. is there a way to restore this or just download the file again? fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Visit this Website That link will let you download the replacement file. here is the path: Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch now it might not necessarily belong in the administrator files...goto the name that you log in under when you deleted it. for example...say your user name is 'joe schmo' and win2k is on your c: drive here is the path: C:\Documents and Settings\joe schmo\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch ***EDIT*** If you have more than one user name set up on your pc there is one of those files for every user...the path is the same just change the user name...
