| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01  | I just recently got my Direct TV and was looking for the Islander game...couldn't find it on anything that I get. and right now i get most channels for buying the football package. anyone who owns it know what channel its on or if its even on. i'd be pissed if i have to buy the hockey package also | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jun. 01 | Hmm, what makes you think you wouldn't have to buy the hockey package to get all the Isles games? It's really a crapshoot as to what broadcast team carries your game too. I mean, say the Islanders are playing, I dunno, the Canadiens. You could have anyone from Metro to Fox Sports Net to TSN to CTV Sportsnet to the CBC to who knows what else! Sometimes if you get a regional sports network you may luck out on a game - check the onscreen guide through all the regional sports net channels if you get all those. (Tonight's game was on Fox Sports Florida I think).
