The 100th episode of PTI is on right now. I cant believe its already been 100 shows. I happen to like this sports talk show more than any sports show that is on TV. I like the rapid fire format, i like the personalities on the show in Mike Wilbon and Tony Kornheiser, and i like the different styles of talking about things (Toss Up, Role Play, Mail Call, Good 5 Minutes etc). Great show all-around.

So, what do all of you like the best in terms of TV sports shows? There is the "Best Damn Sports ShowPeriod" on Fox Sports Net, which is good, but seems forced at times, The Last Word with Jim Rome, which i persoanlly dont like, and Unscripted with Chris Connelly, which is ok. What are your favorites?

I hated the idea of this show at first, but they actually do a pretty good show.

How many stupid shows has ESPN tried to do? That MTV fag Chris Connelly show is awful.

PTI is my favorite sports talk show. They hit all
the relevent sports topics and even some non-
sports ones. I like Kornhauser and Wilbon
(although he ripped Philly after the All-star game
in a moronic column), and they usually have a
pretty good guest on for the 5 good minutes
segment.
On a local note, I like "Daily News Live" on
Comcast in Philly. It's a bunch of sports writers
sitting around a table, but it works. I want to
check out "Mohr Sports" whenever it comes out, in
April

Great show. Kornheiser/Wilbon cover it all. But of course they did the same on what in my opinion, was one of the all-time best: The Sports Reporters hosted by the late great, Dick Schapp.

For entertainment value, a little news, and "eye-candy" , The BestDamnSportsShowPeriod gets my vote.

"The Sports Reporters" on ESPN 10 am Sunday mornings.

"HBO Real Sports" - 60 Minutes for the sports set.
