O&A Board Veteran Registered: Dec. 00	I just wanted to gloat and rub it in that the Devils are on hot streak with eight (8) consequetive WINS. I'm curious, what have the other two local teams done lately? I think two, 2 consequetive wins would be an achievement for both the Islanders and the Rangers. Thank you for your indulgence. O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00	You can win 40 games in a row, it wont matter. Have one bad week in April or May, and its all over. Yeah winning 8 games in a row is nice and beating up Colorado in Colorado is impressive. But come on, The NHL Is all about Playoff Time. ANd you Devil fans should know more than anybody. That once the Playoffs Start. ANYBODY can beat ANYBODY in the NHL.

And, please don't hand me the history crap either. I have been a Devils fan since they moved to Jersey. I lived through the bad seasons, just like you Ranger fans are today. We will be there for the playoffs! And we will succeed in the playoffs! We have THE BEST GOALIE in the game today, and we are one of the few teams that use all four lines and are productive. O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	Yea you can say that the Devils may be blowing their "wadd" or maybe they are peaking to early. But as anyone who watches as closely as I do, knows this team is too good for that. They are the best team in the NHL, Not the 'lanche. I don't even care about the score last night.

Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00	First, to any Ranger fans who bitch about us Devil fans gloating, I don't want to hear it. I still have to put up with all my friends+family saying "Matteau!,Matteau!" I mean its been 4 years since the Rangers beat the Devils in ANY game and they won't let it go. And as far as the Devils in the playoffs, I'd be happier if they were second in the East, we all know what has happened in the past when the Devils finish first in the East.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00	Well you can thank your great General Manager for them being ex-Islanders. Well forget about Brewer, he sucks. But Salo is becominng a Top Notch Goalie and of course its not on the Island. But dont worry Islander fans, I hear there is a solid 16 year old High School Junior Goalie up in Vermont. Maybe in another 2 years, the Isles will trade DiPietro and draft him.
