| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Feb. 01  | DALLAS (AP) -- Wide receiver Carl Pickens, released by the Tennessee Titans agreed to terms Thursday with the Dallas Cowboys. In a statement on the Cowboys' Web site, the team said the one-year contract would be worth just more than the NFL veteran minimum. The veteran minimum next season for players with more than five seasons is $484,000. The deal could be completed as early as Friday. Pickens has spent 10 years in the NFL, most with Cincinnati where he was the team's all-time leading receiver. Last year, he caught only 10 passes for 242 yards. He missed seven games with a strained hamstring. The Cowboys said Pickens might be counted on early because Joey Galloway and Rocket Ismail are returning from offseason knee injuries and might not be ready for the start of the regular season.  ~Matt/Froy from Jersey Official Protector of Gay Marco & SwampJunk...if he ever decides to post. | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Feb. 01 | I'm a die-hard Cowboys fan and it pisses me off to no end that they signed Banks. They should have gone after Grbac or Flutie, someone who doesn't suck. I have a bad feeling about this season, I just want Emmitt to get his yards and go ahead of Payton.
