| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01  | heres the story: NEW YORK -- Controversial Atlanta Braves reliever John Rocker was traded to the Cleveland Indians on Friday, The Associated Press learned. The deal was to be announced later Friday night after the Indians' game at Kansas City, said a baseball source familiar with the trade, who spoke on the condition he not be identified. Cleveland did not know if it would need to use a player involved in the deal during Friday's game, and wanted the announcement held off until the conclusion, the source said.  | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | Damn I was looking forward to seeing the Redneck tomorrow at Shea. Oh well. Good riddance to him. Rocker is now an Indian, and where will he be on Monday. Yankee Stadium! Oh what joy. Too bad they couldnt wait 2 days to make the trade. Then Rocker could have spent the weekend at Shea, and then the next 3 days at Yankee Stadium. 6 days in New York for Rocker. Im sure his lifelong dream.
