After nearly having a heart attack the other day when someone tripped over the wire to my PS2 controller sending my PS2 flying and luckily not killing the system....I pretty much caught it in time.

I began to wonder about maybe getting a wireless controller to avoid something like this from happening again. Are they any good? Is there any brand or controller that someone could recommend over another?

the power cord to the PS2 is like 3 inches long.

I just use 6 ft extenders, this give plenty of length so that there is no wire in the air for anyone to trip over. Unless youre tinymike.
