Memphis police said Friday that a 24-year-old man was shot to death Thursday night during an argument with a friend as the two watched wrestling.
Patrick Howard was shot several times at his apartment at 3486 Winchester Park No. 101 about 9 p.m. Thursday.
Police said Howard and another man were watching WWF [sic]
Smackdown and got into a fight. The suspect pulled out a handgun, shot Howard, then ran from the apartment.
Howard was pronounced dead on arrival at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis.
Police were searching for the suspect Friday.

Okay, this was sometime near the start of the Ironman match. I submit that Patrick was a Angle supporter and the suspect liked Brock. Patrick complained about the chair shot, wouldn't shut up, and the friend filled him full of lead.

Sorry, Dr. Watson, but I must correct you.
Memphis, much like my little pissant town of Appleton, WI, is in the Central Time Zone. Out here, Smackdown starts at 7 PM, which means the Iron Man match (as well as the show) was ending at the time of the shooting. Therefore I deduce that Mr. Howard was the Brock supporter and his friend/murdrerer, an Angle fan,was angered by Mr. Howard's raucous celebration.
Therefore, justifiable hoimicide. :lol:
