it looks like a cross between: The Ambigiously Gay Duo / Beavis and Butthead / early 80s teenagers.
Biteny is the only one who i think would get it but i might be wrong.

But basically whoever made this is making fun of the type of kids that go to concerts, the way they talk and dress and the bands they listen to.
Specifically they're either making fun of the Emo kids or the Screamo type fans.
