Personally I have a MOC Mermista (from She-Ra) doll that ought to be worth about $60 on ebay and I actually do still have all of my He-Man, She-Ra, GI Joe and Star Wars dolls Apparently all the My Little Pony and Strawberry shortcake dolls aren't worth nearly as much.
Actually, certain figures from the NEW Masters of the Universe line (as in not more than a year or two old) are going for a couple hundred bucks on ebay if they're the "chase" version. Makes it worth checking out the toy section of your local Target/Wal-Mart/K-Mart/TRU/KB whenever you're in the neighborhood. I've already picked up a few of the harder to come by figures with the intention of selling them on ebay in the future.
Can I get anything for a Shawn Michaels figure still in the original wrapper...from about 1991-92?

This reminds me of my dad yelling at my grandmom about 15 years ago when he found out she threw away all his baseball cards from when he was younger, including Mantle rookie cards among other things.
