as genius as most of thier stuff is header, Epic was their only true \"hit\"...by radio/sales/airplay standards...

but don't get me wrong though, FNM rocks. Real Thing/Angel Dust/KFADFFAL all still kick my ass in.

I understand that by the true definition of hit they had one hit. But calling them a one hit wonder makes it seem like they had one hit and then disappeared. Which while they did break up in the late 90s they hardly disappeared after their hit. They continued to rock and were major inspirations to several bands that began sprouting up in the mid 90s until now. Then again it does make me feel good to think I know about all those cool albums while most other people think they disappeared.
What? Nobody mentioned Poison?

If you want to talk one hit wonders, how about Biz Markie...would he count as timeles?

I'd put Biz Markie on my timeless list.

Was that supposed to be "youngin"? Cuz I'm way older than you. Wait, maybe that's the problem...I'm too old. :disappointed:

She had 9/10 pants and a very big bra
You, you got what I need...but you say he's just a friend.....
Biz Markie may not be timeless (to me) but that one song definitely is.
I believe that timeless has nothing to do with who your favorite bands are, which some people have confused. I think Hawt Baux had it the second time around with some of the bands she named and yes even Hottie had some. Timeless bands are simply bands that were so original and that sound could never be replicated and forever appreciated. Even though their sound was at most times sappy; The Beach Boys should be included in this and so should the Ramones, for that matter. With each generation certain bands rehash itself, therefore making them timeless.
