That would be the Klitschko-Johnson fight to pretty much determine the next contender to get his ass whipped by Lennox Lewis.
As much as I wanted to see Klitschko knock the shit out of Lewis the 1st fight, I don't care to see a 2nd one. He is one of the worst fighters I've ever seen. He just bumbled around the ring completely unbalanced and couldn't throw a combination if his life depended on it.
Oh, and as for PPV fights, no way I'd ever do that again. Tyson destroyed that idea for a lot of people with his quick KO's.
I did like the idea though of pay by round that they did for the 1st Holyfield-Tyson fight I believe. At least then if it was quick you weren't out of the full $40-$50.

I dunno about Lewis whupping this guys ass. I saw that last fight and while Lewis gave the guy a good fight, I don't think Lennox has it in him anymore, "pugilist specialist" or not, I think the time has come for him to take an ass whupping.

PPV has virtually killed the sport of boxing. You used to be able to turn on the tv on Sat. morning and have no problem finding a boxing match on tv. Channel 7's Wide World of Sports had tons of good fights. Now you have to spend $50 a pop to see a subpar fighter take on a chump, making it virtually impossible to afford to check the sport out (unless you have a hawt baux). And they wonder why boxing is in such a decline.

Not to mention watching a heavyweight fight is worse than watching paint dry. All the good fighters are in the lower weights. You want to see great boxing watch Manny Pacquiao, Arturro Gatti, Shane Mosley, Floyd Mayweather, Ricardo Mayorga, Bernard Hopkins, William Joppy. The only good heavyweight to watch is Roy Jones. And hes not even a REAL heavyweight. Pray for Jones vs Tyson.

That guy they had on the undercard, Mesa, looks like another HBO chump signed long term. Just the fact thet he's from Buffalo only goes to show he'll never win any kind of championship.
