I have found a new addiction....Diet Coke w/Lime.
Since I am on a diet and have already lost 15 pounds, I can't drink regular soda anymore. I tried this stuff the other night and I am now stuck on it. Anyone else ever have this stuff?? I am a little ashamed considering I am a lifelong Pepsi/Sunkist drinker. Comments?

Soda is the devil. Cutting it out completely will aid in your weightloss much more. Not that I have any say.
Diet Coke was formulated not to be a sugar free version of Coke, but rather to be closer to a Pepsi taste. Lime adds a nice tang to it.
Seeing that you are a Pepsi drinker, I will assume that you are white or from the suburbs. This is acceptable for a short term. Jami Gertz did plenty of Diet Coke commercials showing us that it is O.K. to be white and drink a Coke product. However, if you ever do go back to a sugar soda, you are still obliged by the White Rules of Conduct to drink Pepsi and not Coke. We trust that you will, since Diet Coke is more like Pepsi than Coke.

I have been on the diet for three weeks and have lost 15 pounds...I have been drinking a lot of water and crystal light as well so I think I'm doing ok. Actually I am white and from the city with a few yrs in the burbs. What's with the fascination with Jamie Gertz??
Good job. Water is your best bet. Crystal light good too if you get tired of water. I haven't had any soda since april 2002. Tried drinking it recently and it was harsh. Couldn't do it.

Jimmy, if you drink too much diet soda you may wind up with some unwanted pain in your kidneys. Stick to the usual 8 glasses of water a day.
