I have been doing very well on the Seefood diet... Buffalo wings smothered in a vat of blue cheese last night for dinner. 6 cups of coffee and a sausage, bacon egg and cheese wrap this morning and for lunch will be a Burrito of death from Chipotle.

And yet my blood pressure is 110 over 70...
Blue cheese is good on just about anything.
Oh yeah... my new fad is using it to dip my fries in. I can feel my arterys crying for mercy with every bite.
I make my burgers with big chunks of blue cheese in them and then I top it with a healthy portion of blue cheese.
As much as I sacrifice in my life, food is one thing I wont. Im about 10 pounds overweight, so I dont think I have to worry yet. I just started going back to the gym. I took about 2 months off, and gained those evil 10 pounds.

mix in a little buffalo sauce in to top it off... good shit
my new lunch fad is breaded chicken cutlets on a roll with melted cheddar over bacon doused in Russian dressing. I call it "The Quadruple Bypass on a Bun" I highly reccomend it as a possibly deli lunch selection.
Nothing says loving like a thick hunk of meatloaf with a dab of ketchup and smothered in mayo and just a pinch of pretzel salt in between two slices of the bread of your choice. Or a roll. Cheese optional.

Shit, I'm sorry. Cheese does belong on everything. But I was being sensible to those opposed to cheese.
