Well well, this certainly was an interesting and unexpected twist. I, for one, like this idea a lot. It gives the shows a chance to break up the monotony of the same wrestlers all facing each other night after night after night.

So, who do you think will be going where? There are so many to mention so I'll just throw out a few that I see happening.

RVD and Booker are almost certain to be broken up so they can get the tag belts off them.
Evolution will either "miraculously" all remain together on one of the shows or one of the current members will be shipped off. This clears room for Maven joining Evolution as the rumors have stated.
Christian, Jericho and Trish have to remain on the same show, whichever it may be. It would make absolutely no sense to destroy that feud now. Oh yeah, throw in Victoria as well as she needs a heel female in Trish to challenge for the belt.
Speaking of feuds that can't be broken up, Benoit, HBK, and HHH will probably remain together as well.
Reports coming in are Angle is experiencing some problems and will be out for a while and may miss this draft. When he's cleared to return he'll probably remain on Smackdown to challenge Eddie again. I can't see either shows top champions being moved, but stranger things have happened.
The two announce teams will be mixed. JR and Tazz will be paired and Cole and Lawler will be paired. JR and Tazz will work, but Cole and Lawler will fail miserably.

Overall I love this idea and think it can benefit mostly everyone, but knowing the WWE's penchant for screwing things up *cough2monthhypeonlytobringbackthesameoldBikertakercough*, it will probably fail.
I didnt hear about this, as I havent been following. Whats going on?
I think the biggest question is...is Fifi in the draft??? This is going to be interesting but unltimately going to solve nothing. My biggest hope is that it would have been announced at the end of the show, instead of halfway through. The rest of the show wouldn't have been considered a throw away, like I considered it and we wouldn't have had to listen to Lawler say 15 times,...."whats going to happen to the tag titles.....what if the dudley's are split up....whats going to happen to the titles if the dudley's win them and they are split up....can the dudley's be single wrestlers....:ASSHOLE WHEN THE FIRST FUCKING DRAFT HAPPENED, BUBBA WAS ON RAW AND D'VON WAS ON SMACKDOWN....IT FAILED FUCKING MISERABLY...VINCE WOULDN'T MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN, SO GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That said the draft will get an initial pop, but I reserve judgement as to how successful it will actually be. And Flock if Maven joins Evolution, it will set wrestling back 30 years...kind of like when Paul Roma joined the Horseman

Oh, don't get me wrong, I think Maven joining would fail miserably. From what I've seen of him he isn't that good. Hell, Chris Nowinski would be better suited for Evolution than Maven.
I'm just saying what I've read as being a rumor so if it is true, then I could see this draft taking away one of their current members.
Whatever happened to Harvard Chris, that annoying snot??

I think its a stupid idea for many reasons. A trade here and there would have been ok, but this is just fucking retarted. They took a year to build up this "Brand Loyalty" shit, then in the span of 10 minutes, piss it all away.

Make a few trades or something, but not a whole new draft. And I agree with, faceman. Making that announcement halfway through Raw last night was just idiotic. Did anybody really give a shit about anything after that, including the poor fuckers who shelled out money to see it live?

Personally, I'd like the split to be done away with anyway. The ppv's suck now. But they won't do that, because they make lots of money doing split-brand house shows.

In a way I see your point and agree a bit, but something had to be done about the current product. It grew stale at least a year ago and there were no signs of it ever getting better.

I don't want to see the whole roster shook up, but a few here and there would make things interesting. As far as I'm concerned leave all current feuds together and others who are wasting away can be trade to the other show.

he got hurt.. i heard he's coming back soon unfortunately
How dare you people slag on Harvard's finest! He is a true icon and when he comes back no one is safe!
Well rumor has it that mcmahon wants to do 16 ppvs in a year now, instead of 12 with 4 being the opposite brand of who's ppv was scheduled for that month. So we could have some months with 2 ppvs. The only thing partially confirmed though is that according to the ppv schedule for the next year there are 13 scheduled with a tueday raw ppv scheduled in octoboer...here's the list

4/18 - Backlash
5/16 - Judgment Day
6/13 - Bad Blood
6/27 - Smackdown PPV - Title TBA
7/11 - Vengeance
8/15 - Summerslam
9/12 - Unforgiven
10/10 - No Mercy
10/19 - Raw PPV (10/19 is a Tuesday)
11/14 - Survivor Series
12/12 - Armageddon
1/30/05 - Royal Rumble
2/27/05 - No Way Out
