I don't know who this Gallery guy is, but from that story it looks to me like the Raiders are the ones benefitting more from this deal.

Gallery is the enormous, Orlando Pace-esque Tackle from Iowa that was a no-brainer for the Giants at #4 before this rumor (well, and the other rumor that had the Giants possibly trading all the way up to pick Eli Manning).

If the Giants don't get Gallery, they're in trouble...especially if they don't trade down to the proper spot for the next worthy lineman & get something in return for their high position. They don't really need any of the players or accompanying high salaries at the top of the draft unless it's for an elite lineman.

Will an elite lineman help stop Tiki from fumbling the ball every game?

No, but it might help if he wasn't hit the first time before he's even had a chance to tuck the damn ball under his arm.

And imagine how many more passes Collins could complete with a few seconds of time to sit in the pocket.

Gallery is a guy that you can take from the draft and plug in at left tackle and not worry about that side of your quarterback for the next 10 years.

Easy Benoit, it was just a joke. I wholeheartedly agree the Giants need an offensive lineman. Hell, they need 5 of them considering how awful they looked last season.
