Ok, heres my list of people Im going to sue.

Im suing the makers of The Breakfast Club, all the Cheech and Chong movies, Half Baked, Dazed and Confused, and any other movie that glorified the use of marijuana and made it look like so much fun. Im suing them because of the time I got arrested for it and the eventual lung cancer Ill get. Because they neglected to warn me I could get arrested for it or get lung cancer.

Im also going to sue my government for allowing these movies to be made.

All the parents of the people involved in making these movies, for having children that would one day go on to make these movies which will eventually be responsible for my lung cancer and death.

The paper, metal, glass, tobacco, and plastic industries for providing the materials that allowed me to smoke out of joints, bowls, pipes, blunts, and bongs.

This is right up there with the McDonald's incident. Stupid parents can't seem to realize that eating Mcd's every day wil get their kid fat.

Goddamn people can't take responsibility for their own actions these days and sue for every single thing under the sun.
All those instances you listed, as silly as they sound you probably could sue for them as well. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the legal system in this country is a joke.

my job is getting sued. apparently last year some guy was at the bar and got drunk, then he got in a fight with another customer after they had left the bar. he says it's our fault for getting him too drunk. it's fucking ridiculous that a bartender is supposed to be a babysitter too. we have 3 bartenders most nights and 2 waitresses so you can't really keep track of how much someone is drinking, but we're supposed to be responsible for everybody all the time. it's ridiculous.

I would say sue the mother for allowing beer to be served at the party in the first place. It was her stupidity that allowed this kid to get behind the wheel. Do these people at the beer companies not say in just about every commercial PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY???
