Most everyone (especially gamers) knows of the "curse" associated with being on the cover of the Madden video games.

2001 - Eddie George (sub-par season)
2002 - Daunte Culpepper (knee injury)
2003 - Marshall Faulk (sub-par season)
2004 - Michael Vick (broken leg)

Now this season features Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis.

Do you think he'll be the one to finally break the "curse", or will he succumb like the others before him?

I'm actually going to go out on a limb and say it doesn't affect him. Well not him personally, but the Ravens defense overall may not play as well as they are known for.

What's your prediction?

That might not be so far fetched.
im hoping it does affect him. i personally can't stand Ray Lewis. i hope he breaks his leg and is out for the whoe season.
I think a relative of one of his murder victims will come out of nowhere and gun him down outside a White Castle.
Instead of a sharpie, he'll carry a shank onto the field and kill Chad Pennington after sacking him brutally
