I've learned to live with it.

It does get very frustrating sometimes... It will be hard to keep new members here if it takes them fricken 15 minutes to make teir first post.

Nothing angers me more than the worry everyone has about getting and maintaining new members.

Personally I could give a shit if we do or don't... I'll have fun posting whether it be the same 4-5 people or 20. But, my point was that if everyone is so worried about not derailing threads or other such things to set examples for new members... They might want to make sure the site works first.
