If anyone should be offended by this it's Rooner the way Bush insulted the tribes with his well thought out response.
Im just glad that he was smart enough to surround himself with people that could actually run the country these past 4 years. I hope he enjoyed them, he wont be back. Could you imagine if his cabinet was as brain dead as he is?
I would have loved to have seen the look on their faces backstage when he spewed out that drivel.
