If both people in the relationship are OK with it being open, yes. Sex can be just sex, there doesn't need to be feeling behind it. The problem would start when feelings were had for another person outside the relationship.
To me, cheating implies that the other person is not ok with what you're doing, so I say no.
Nope....never is. And, you know what? We all spend our time trying to find someone special, why'd you want to fuck it up for a couple of hours of sex?? I'd rather get it from my girlfriend who i KNOW loves me than some stranger for the sake of getting "NEW" sex....
