These mother fucking rich ass Russian immigrants had a gorgeous place for rent cheap. After competition they tell me at 3 pm Saturday that I have the place. I was working in the city and didn't get back until it was too late to call them back. I call at 11 am on Sunday when I get back and the fucking pricks say that since they didn't hear from me (16 hours after leaving a message on my machine for christs sake!!!) that they gave it away earlier in the morning and the people already gave in their deposit. Holy shit, give me a fucking minute will you. If you guys gave up on communism so fucking quickly you might have still been there.

when there is money involved, people will not wait on you, or even care about your particulars. Especially in regards to renting/owning. It sucks, but is a fact.
